DJ Guidelines

• Music must end at 11:00pm unless previously arranged and approved by WH109

• Please use gaffer's tape on the floor, not duct tape or gorilla tape for cable maintenance.

• Maintain a sound level of 90 db or less throughout the event.

• Please use a reasonable level of bass.

• WH109 reserves the right to ask for volume or bass to be turned down throughout the night. Failure to comply will result in ending of music service.

• WH109 provides table for DJ, but confirm with the couple to see if a linen is provided.

• No amplified in the courtyard.

• Please leave space for WH109 and catering staff to access the back door for garbage removal.
