Most licensed caterers are welcome, but they must be approved by Warehouse 109 and comply with our Catering Guidelines (including staffing requirements).

No. Due to our liquor license, Warehouse 109 must supply and serve all alcohol.

 No. All food must be provided by a licensed vendor.

Night-before access requires hourly rental of the space and is subject to availability. Please contact us to inquire.

Most decorations are welcome! However, no permanent or damaging alterations are allowed (e.g., nails in walls, tape on painted surfaces). Confetti and similar items are prohibited. Attaching decorations to the backdrop curtain is not allowed.

In addition to your reception in The Main Space, The Library may be reserved for an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or both.

You have until four months prior to your wedding date to decide whether to add The Library. Around that time, Warehouse 109 staff will reach out to confirm your interest. If The Library is not added at that time, it will be released and may be booked for a smaller event.

Each space has its own clearly designated entrance, with directional signs to guide guests to the correct event. Our team carefully manages guest flow to maintain privacy and ensure a seamless experience for both events. Plus, we’re experts at spotting (and stopping) party crashers 😉

Due to the high ceilings, a motorized lift is required for hanging decorations. Warehouse 109 staff must handle this, and we can provide a quote for the service.

Yes! We can assist with decorating based on your instructions for an additional fee.

No, linens are not included, but we can facilitate their rental and setup if desired.

We’ll work closely with you in the months leading up to your event to create a personalized layout tailored to your guest count and needs.

Yes! Ceremonies can be held in the courtyard, garden, or The Library. A ceremony fee applies, which includes seating.

Typically, rehearsals aren’t necessary due to the simplicity of our ceremonies. However, if needed, we can accommodate a 30-minute rehearsal free of charge, based on availability.

Garage doors may be kept open depending on outdoor temperature and noise restrictions. If amplified music is playing, we cannot guarantee the doors will remain open.

Yes! A small outdoor bar is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.

Music must end by 11:30 pm, and venue closure will begin shortly afterward.

All personal items, decorations, and food must be removed the night of the event. Alternatively, we can arrange to have items ready for pickup the next day for an additional fee.
