Our Story
What began as a heartfelt celebration for one daughter’s wedding soon blossomed into a family dream realized. After transforming an old warehouse into a stunning, one-of-a-kind setting for her special day, the family saw the incredible potential hidden within the exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings. Inspired by the joy, warmth, and beauty that filled the space during the event, they decided to turn that single occasion into something lasting—creating a family-owned wedding venue where others could make their own unforgettable memories.
Warehouse 109 is a family-owned venue shaped by the combined talents and passions of sisters Corinne and Cerena, along with their parents Debbie and Clayton. Since opening in 2015, each family member has played a vital role: Corinne, an architect, leads the design and vision; Cerena manages the business side and event coordination; and Debbie and Clayton provide invaluable hands-on support, creative styling, and ongoing improvements—plus a unique touch with their rotating antique motorcycle collection featured prominently in the space.
Main Interior
Open space with high ceilings, vintage 1950s bar, and flexible layouts for up to 200 guests.
Ceremony Garden
A private, natural space ideal for vows or first looks.
The venue originally began as a project for Corinne and her husband’s own wedding reception, but quickly grew into a fully realized space reflecting the family’s shared vision: a relaxed, welcoming venue with character and charm. Their guiding philosophy is simple—if it’s something they would enjoy personally, it deserves a place here. This authentic approach has earned Warehouse 109 consistent praise from couples and guests alike.
With continued renovations and thoughtful updates, Warehouse 109 remains a dynamic and inviting space, ready to host weddings and celebrations that are as memorable as they are unique. The family warmly invites you to stop by, explore, and experience what makes the venue truly special.
